Customer service was great, hands down !! I highly recommend Hush Blankets, I believe its worth our wait for our order, and a great value for your money. All in all pretty impressed with the packaging the Iced 2.0 comes with I received a free face mask with mine which was actually pretty decent quality. On following up with Hush Customer Service, they explained to me my order was pre ordered and will take sometime to be delivered.
